Overseeing or assisting with the development strategy and implementation of operations of over 35 development schemes over the past 8 years which included but not limited to:
- Residential homes for sale (3000+)
- Student accommodation for local university and young professionals
- Mature living (retirement schemes) (600+)
- Mixed use development (office, retails, residential)
This included managing and overseeing all Landlord activity on site through the Property management and Facility management teams, working with ancillary services in supporting the portfolio which included finance teams, other asset management fund managers from the treasury, development managers, operational teams (estate managers) and other key stakeholders.
Deal structuring to protect investor equity of affordable housing and units specific to student housing within a larger residential scheme. Consulting with PBSA companies regarding their strategic improvement or adjustment to current modus operandi and design.
