With a proven track record of achievement, I have managed and led substantial projects and operations to agreed budgets and service levels.  As an experienced manager of change I am committed to continuous improvement and high standards.  I have gained extensive experience in managing operational units within the UK and Australia, with direct responsibility for sales and project management, customer service, contact centres , HR and administration functions.
