Executive Consultant

Responsible for delivering global mobility consultancy for high profile clients, I project manage the international relocation of Board Level/ Senior Executives including CEO and CFO employees, key HR Business Partners and Client visible Executives. By establishing a portfolio of supply chain partners and key stakeholders to build channels of mobility, I take the lead in facilitating end to end professional transfers, nurturing multi-level business relationships both with the Executive on assignment and the corporate client. Key areas of responsibility include:
• Maintaining high visibility with all Executives under an international mobility assignment by providing a personalised ‘concierge’ red carpet service.
• Positioned as the main point of contact for the duration of the relocation and, taking control of repatriation, or a move to a sequential country/role.
• Driving corporate client management, ensuring every client is fully briefed on industry best practices and the appropriate operational procedures .
• Implementing cost management including housing payments, expenses and ad hoc costs requested by either the Executive or the client.
• Consistently reviewing client operations to secure service excellence. 
• Taking preventative measures to limit the chances of escalations and financial write off/ penalties.
• Enforcing a robust risk mitigation process to ensure the SIRVA BGRS brand is fully protected. 
• Mentoring new employees.

• Building a solid network of contacts with Global Account Directors and sales teams to identify trends and implement companywide operational policies.
