Up £35,000 per year (depending on experience)

Permanent, 40 hours a week

MSX International is looking for a talented Service Delivery Executive to join our busy BMW team in our client's site, Farnborough.


The Role
Using your passion, technical skills and knowledge, Service Delivery Executive will:

  • Create reports and presentations in a timely manner;
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence;
  • Act as the first point of contact for Retailers;
  • Act as a conduit between Retailers and the client;
  • Complete tasks requiring Retailer contact on behalf of the client;
  • Build and manage relationships with customers;
  • Ensure high quality standards are maintained at all times.

About you
We are looking for a Service Delivery Executive with an embedded passion for the automotive industry.

  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in Automotive Aftersales
  • Experience of creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience working with Excel to an intermediate/advanced level
  • Good Automotive Aftersales knowledge (desirable)
  • Good Retailer network knowledge (desirable)
  • Knowledge of business metrics and KPI's
