MSX International is looking for a talented Service Delivery Executive to join our busy BMW team in our client's site, Farnborough.
The Role
Using your passion, technical skills and knowledge, Service Delivery Executive will:
- Create reports and presentations in a timely manner;
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence;
- Act as the first point of contact for Retailers;
- Act as a conduit between Retailers and the client;
- Complete tasks requiring Retailer contact on behalf of the client;
- Build and manage relationships with customers;
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained at all times.
About you
We are looking for a Service Delivery Executive with an embedded passion for the automotive industry.
- Experience in Customer Service
- Experience in Automotive Aftersales
- Experience of creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations
- Experience working with Excel to an intermediate/advanced level
- Good Automotive Aftersales knowledge (desirable)
- Good Retailer network knowledge (desirable)
- Knowledge of business metrics and KPI's
