Company Overview:

I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for an E lectrical (multi skilled) maintenance engineer s to work on a commercial site in the heart of the City.

My client are looking to take on experienced maintenance electrician to work on a single man site. Salary £42,000 - £43,000
Single Site - White Chapel
Monday - Friday (Plenty of overtime available in evenings & weekend)

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
Generators
Air Conditioning Units

BMS
Ahus
Chilled Beams

Reactive maintenance - First on site Requirements:
NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
C&G Level 2 Q ualification in Mechanica l / Or Experience
17th/18th edition
Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
