    An excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's most active and experienced investors in Residential Property.
    The job holder will take responsibility for the Asset Management of Residential Portfolios. In addition, the role will involve oversight of the delivery of all new Build to Rent (BTR) sites acquired by the business working closely with the Development Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Taking responsibility for the overall performance of the Groups' assets from an Asset Management perspective.
    • Taking an analytical approach to the management of granular PRS portfolios working with analysts in the business to monitor and drive portfolio performance.
    • Working in conjunction with the Structuring Team to ensure accurate, detailed, and timely delivery of all Asset Management reporting to key JV partners.
    • Driving asset level performance through close monitoring of the groups PRS portfolios.
    • Working with the Structuring Team to oversee the performance of the Group Property Managers and ensure all KPIs are met under the groups Asset Management agreements.
    • This will include activities such as: overseeing initial lease up, setting rents, driving lease up strategies, monitoring asset level performance (arrears, voids etc) and overseeing Capex programmes.
    • Work closely with the Development Manager to manage a rolling programme of development sites. This will involve ensuring all units under construction are handed over smoothly to the Property Manager.
    • Act as intermediary between the Development Manager, internal Structuring Team, Property Manager, and external JV partners to ensure monthly handovers of units are dealt with in a timely manner and all funds are prepared to acquire units on a rolling basis.
    • Work with the Development Manager to monitor and manage employer's agent on all development sites.
    • Work with the Development Manager to ensure that accurate reporting of development progress is provided on a regular basis to JV Partners and investors.
    • Assist Senior Management where required in capital raising activities including investor pitches.

    Skills Required

    • Detailed and extensive knowledge of portfolio Asset Management:
    • Proven track record of experience in portfolio asset management (ideally with a Residential background).
    • Organised, process driven individual able to co-ordinate resources both externally & externally to manage granular residential portfolios successfully from delivery to stabilisation and to portfolio exit as required.
    • Able to produce high quality, accurate reporting for external investors and JV partners.
    • Ability to analyse and interpret data sets with strong Microsoft Excel skills a requirement for the role.
    • Experienced individual able to challenge and drive performance particularly of property managers.
    • An understanding of development processes, project monitoring, construction documents, professional appointments, and delivery of projects.
    • MRICS preferred.
