    Description

    About the role

    The Night Cook/Baker will contribute to the provision of a quality catering service while adhering to health and safety guidelines. This skilled position requires the Night Cook/Baker to undertake daily food preparation and cooking activities to ensure the delivery of a high-quality meal service to our clients and customers. Applicants must also have the ability to prepare short-order breakfast and grill items.

    Applicants should have undertaken the following training and obtained the relevant certificates:

  • BOSIET (HUET)
  • Catering Qualification and / or Time Served Experience
  • Food Hygiene certification – Candidate will preferably hold but not essential
  • STCW

    • Details of relevant certification must be included with application, including expiry dates. Only candidates with relevant and up to date certification will be considered for this position

    Applicants should actively demonstrate positive attitudes and behaviours and display an approachable, friendly and helpful manner to colleagues and customers at all times. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of catering/hospitality.

    Only applicants who are eligible to work in the United States will be considered for this position.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $25,000.00 per year
