The Recruitment Co are hiring on behalf of their client based in Liverpool City Centre,

This is a temporary on going position,

Receptionist Required

Working Hours:

30 hours per week over 7 days

Flexible on times - to be discussed at interview

Pay rate:

£ £15 per hour - depending on experience

The role:

Act as the first point of contact for all guests, and visitors. Providing general support to visitors,vendors, internal employees, administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Request, review, and submit work orders, bids, and proposals from vendors
Verify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely manner
Create work orders and assign work orders to the engineering staff, subcontractors, and vendors

Report on open and closed work orders and check the status of open work orders with the assigned party

Experience Required:

A minimum of two years experience in Reception/Administration

We have an immediate start after successful interview for this position.
