    Your new role As the HR Advisor you will be implementing the Company's business strategy, provide comprehensive, generalist HR advice and support for Bristol division ensuring risk mitigation and best practice in line with the latest employment legislation.

    Working with Senior HRBP and local leaders to support the growth plan.

    Managing a caseload of Employee Relations matters including Absence and Performance Management, Disciplinary and Grievance, Flexible Working and escalating any risk issues to Senior HRBP.

    Supporting managers with people reviews, learning and development, culture interventions ensuring ROI.
    Processing payroll, benefits and bonuses, ensuring deadlines are met.
    Managing HR administration and ensuring HR records are up to date.
    Assisting in HRIS, LMS, ATS and other related systems for optimum automation and digitalisation.
    Managing Talent Acquisition campaigns from authorisation and candidate assessments through to interviews, final selection and contracting.
    Liaising with the global teams as required and dealing with secondment, expatriation and global mobility.

    Understanding of operational HR.
    Appreciation of implementing HR policies and procedures
    HRIS, ATS and LMS systems knowledge.
    Previous experience of working in a busy, fast paced HR team at Advisor level.
    Comprehensive HR and payroll Administration experience.
    Coordination of and participation in recruitment and selection processes.
    Relationship building for effective working relationships.
    Good knowledge of MS Office package specially Excel and Word.
    Good numeric skills to analyse and interpret data.
    Business/Commercial awareness.
    Professional online and phone manner.
    Able to apply policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner demonstrating sound judgment
