Job Overview:
We are recruiting for an experienced Health & Social Care Employer Engagement officer with the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 years Employer Engagement experience working with Trusts, Primary Care and Homecare providers.
- Experience of line managing caseworkers/advisors
- Case management experience
- Coordinating a highprofile academy project including all administration.
- Project manage multiple projects with different stakeholders.
- Strong track record in building relationships, networks and achieving results within a brokerage setting, ideally of employment and apprenticeship opportunities
- Experience of working with employers and training providers to create pathways into employment, including apprenticeships, traineeships,
