Job Description Due to the expansion of the Property Damage team, this Top Tier Law Firm is looking to hire a talented lawyer to join them.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor / CILEx and ideally have experience of property insurance litigation - but welcome applications from newly qualified solicitors.

The successful candidate will be working with the Partner to manage a caseload of large and complex cases involving the most significant commercial and household property damage and insurance claims in the UK.

They could be claims arising from floods, fires or significant events leading to £Multi-million claims.

Knowledge of product liability / breach of contract / negligence / insurance coverage is preferred.

As part of the role you will also be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops for insurer clients on a regular basis.

Qualified Solicitor / CILEx with litigation experience
