    Virtual Care Project Support Assistant I Approx. 6 month assignment to October 2024 (potentially extending to March 2025 I £15.17 per hour (Scale G) | 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) I Hybrid/County Hall, Norwich

    A new fixed-term post has been created within the Commissioning and Care Markets Team to support the new contract for Virtual Care. Virtual Care is a new concept and is expected to provide a different type of care which will deliver financial savings, whilst offering greater choice and flexibility to service users.

    This post will support the day-to-day operation and management of the contract and the expansion of the service.

    The post holder will be responsible for reviewing performance and providing contract monitoring information and case studies to the Commissioning Manager, Finance and the relevant Board.

    The post holder will be expected to quickly drive an increase in the number of service users receiving Virtual Care and collaborate with the provider to evidence the benefits of utilising the service, alongside the day-to-day administration of the service.

    The ideal postholder will have experience of working with projects, data and general administration, experience of the Public Sector or Health Care would be an advantage.
