Rehabilitation Case ManagerFull-time, Permanent (Part time would be considered)
00 - £45,000 per year plus pension and bonus opportunity
They are a well respected and long-established small case management business supporting adults and children who have sustained catastrophic injuries.
They work together as a team, centred on promoting the rehabilitation of their clients.As a Case Manager you will be required to assess and understand a person's specific needs and use your clinical and professional skills to ensure maximum recovery.
Full training and support will be provided.Undertake assessments and provide client centred reports including recommendations for rehabilitation.
