Has the ability to follow and question the unit's strategy in terms of broker, profession, and territory.
and manage the relationship in terms of analysis, catch up meetings and entertainment.
Fully underwrites all accounts in accordance with underwriting guidelines and individual authority granted by management.
Monitors all industry and specific account trends. Implements a field service reputation that is recognized as superior in the industry.
Power BI/PPL experience beneficial but not essential.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Economics background preferred but not essential.
Competent in all Microsoft packages.
