    Reporting to the Premex Group Managing Director, this exciting role would be a key part of our senior leadership team which values expertise, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

    As Sales Director, you will be a natural leader who empowers and motivates others within the team and be responsible for delivery of the strategic growth plans; leading customer development initiatives, leveraging industry expertise, strategic planning, product development and cross industry working with key stakeholders.

    The role will involve effectively promoting our market-leading brands and expanding into new products and markets.

    You will be tasked with overseeing the development of sales strategies, diversifying marketing activities, and ensuring brand representation through targeted marketing strategies.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and lead a highperforming team of business development managers and account managers to implement the agreed strategy,
    • Develop and execute sales strategies for relevant business units, focusing on revenue and profit margin targets
    • Maintain a commercial mindset to work within budgets and optimise outputs
    • Develop and execute business plans for organic growth and potential acquisitions.
    • Report regularly on sales performance and market insights to senior management
    • Maintain a strong market presence by representing the company at industry events and conferences
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, key buyers, and regulatory changes
    • Drive innovation and excellence in product and service delivery
    • Grow existing accounts through effective account management strategiesQualifications:
