Residential Recruitment are currently seeking a registered manager for a residential children's home, specific location is in Coalville, Leicestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity as this company is quite new to the industry and really want to make a difference, so much that they want to involve the managers way of thinking and operating this new home .

Their average age is full of young people within the organisation, giving them a modern outlook towards making new age solutions based around OFSTED set requirements

A successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a previous track record of positive outcomes for the young people you've previously worked with, in addition to demonstrating a continued constructive level of support to colleagues and others around you to help get the best out of the team at all times.

Being able to work from initiative is important to showing strong leadership in a Senior role.

This is a very stable home with a great management structure in place where the team work together to get the best out of the young people in their care.

Clear progression plans

• Regular updates with in-house Training and discussions about personal development
• Level 3 Residential Child Care required (Or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence (required)

Residential Childcare Management : 2 years (Required)

Level 3 Residential Childcare (Required)
