Thermal Guardian Ltd is a residential renovation company that opperates nation wide, specialising in house extension, improvements, and upgrade projects.

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced home improvements sales representative to join our team. extensive knowledge in all aspects of home improvements is preffered but not essential.

You will require excellent communication skills both verbally and with the written word, an excellent phone manner as well as strong attention to detail.

The Role:

Attend Consultation Appointments
We have a multitude of new leads come in on a daily basis via inbound and outbound phone calls. You will be required to attend customer appointments and provide a consultation based on their requirements. You will require the knowledge to both survey and provide accurate quotations to customers.
Follow Up With Customers
You will be responsible for following up with customers who you've had consultation appointments with in order to better drive sales. One of the company's major unique selling points is that we offer 0% finance on all of our products which you can promote during your consultations.

Weekly Sales:
A "trained" Sales Representative is expected to make a minimum of 3-5 sales per week.

Income Potential:
£90,000 OTE Minimum Per Year.

Qualifications:
Not essential but preferred, proven sales experience in the home improvement or related industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to travel nationwide for customer visits. (one post code area at a time, we will work with you to pick areas that suit you)

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
