We are looking for an experienced Monitoring & Insights Analyst to join our newly established and quickly growing Evaluation, Learning & Insights Team.

Salary:
£33,500 - £38,500 per annum depending on experience

Hours:
Full-time - 35 hours per week (negotiable)

The Role:


As Monitoring & Insights Analyst you will work collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation, in particular our Head of Grants and Head of Evaluation, Learning and Insights to further develop and implement monitoring and reporting structures for grants programme.


You will need to work closely with the Head of Grants in the development of the CRM to ensure that the capability to capture and record monitoring data is included in this, and the system can deliver necessary reporting requirements.

We have a significant amount of data available and coming through via grants reporting and evaluation activity.

You will need to be able to analyse data (quantitative, and preferably qualitative, too), perform statistical analysis, identify insights, and utilise data visualisation tools to build dashboards (using PowerBI).

You will have the scope to suggest alternative data analysis and visualisation tools.


A key part of the role will be building relationships with the membership of 240 NHS charities to embed a culture of monitoring and reporting and empower NHS charities to see the value and engage with this.

You will be responsible for responding to monitoring & reporting queries from members and the Grants Team.

About you:


We are looking for someone proactive and creative, with good attention to detail, who recognises the importance of high-quality data and is experienced in all aspects of data management.

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, develop and be flexible to meet the needs of a growing team and organisation.


Essential skills and experience include:
*Experience of utilising CRM systems to record and manage data
*Experience of designing monitoring and reporting frameworks, aligned to Theories of Change, and implementing approaches to collect this data
*Experience of Statistical analysis
*Experience of designing monitoring and reporting frameworks and KPIs'
*Experience of designing outcomes tools and embedding these in projects and programmes
*Experience of utilising data analysis software
*Experience of utilising data visualisation software to produce dashboards (e.g. PowerBi)
*Experience of reporting to funders and supporters
