    MUST HAVE TWO YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN MANNED GUARDING SALES

    The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

    Qualifications

    • 2 - 3 years prior industry-related business development experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Salary £40,000 Basic Plus 1% Commission OTE £65,000, Laptop, Phone and 28 Days holiday.

    Position: Business Development Manager (Manned Security)

    Guardsman Security is recruiting for a new role within their business as a Business Development Manager.

    This will be an excellent prospect to join a business in a new role with the ability to grow and promote within the company as it expands to the director level. The candidate will have the drive and ambition to wish to grow and be part of the family business.

    Our core services include Key Holding, Alarm Response, Lock and unlock, Mobile Patrols, Vacant Property Inspections, Manned Guarding, Site Security, Retail Security, Concierge Security, Door Supervision and Event Security.

    We are currently in the process of looking to recruit an industry-experienced manned security sales professional (Business Development Manager) to assist in moving our company to the next level.

    We are looking to target the retail industry, construction, offices, logistics, Government facilities, hospitality, and leisure. Also, other security companies and facilities management companies were initially in the Midlands and Shropshire. Candidates for this role should have a good all-around knowledge of B2B sales and have a knowledge of all elements of the sales cycle from lead finding through to closing the sales with the support of the company. We are open to ways to improve and move the company forward., Candidates should have an engaging personality, strong communication and presentation skills, and a smart appearance. A UK driving license is also a must.

    We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to come in and get on with the job in hand rather than them tell the successful applicant how to do it. As this is a new position, they are happy to devise a commission structure and sales targets in consultation with the successful candidate. Please note – We will only consider candidates who have previous sales success with Security sales within the UK only.
