    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and analytical Technical Project Manager to join our Data Solutions team. This role will be responsible for agency retention and growth, supporting Guideline's agency partners in unlocking the full value from our mutually beneficial business arrangements and adoption of Guideline's suite of media spend and pricing data solutions. This person will help our partners achieve their business goals and drive dependency and long-term commitment to our products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Program-manage all commitments to partners with proactive communication and risk management; track, steward and communicate scoped data file deliveries and data platform refreshes.

    · Run periodic status calls with partners, ensure team preparedness, and push for continuous progress on outstanding tasks.

    · Advocate for Guideline's partners and demonstrate care and commitment to data punctuality and quality; identify and escalate issues which are likely to affect our ability to meet obligations.

    · Manage Guideline's response to partner inquiries, database/application issues and requested custom fields/integrations while delivering best in class support, all while balancing partner needs with business priorities.

    · Project manage new data contributor onboarding process, interacting

    and coordinating between the agency and Guideline teams to ensure timelines are

    met within expectations.

    · Oversee initiatives to build, configure and

    deploy new partner-hosted databases and autoloaders ready for data ingestion.

    · Collaborate with Guideline technology group to manage installations and tech infrastructure running both internally and across our partner's servers, ensuring sustained performance and uninterrupted accessibility for their business users.

    · Help partners with ETL processes, observing

    data governance, compliance, and security policies, and handling provided

    file formats.

    · Train and educate partner stakeholders on the reporting administration system to govern system access, set protocol for new user account creation, apply confidential data permissions, manage security settings, etc.

    · Collaborate with technology, data, and product teams to continually enhance data processing procedures and operational

    tasks, augment/automate processes, reduce risk and improve data quality.

    · Build strong relationships with agency product/technology leaders; prepare and maintain

    IT issue escalation tree for all agency partners.

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    · Based in the UK with schedule flexibly to accommodate UK hours and US EST hours.

    · 5+ years of work experience in a technical operations role within the media and advertising

    industry, preferably for a large media agency.

    · Strong acumen across media-related data, analytics and/or technology intensive solutions,

    with a deep understanding of the advertising eco-system.

    · SQL and SQL Server proficiency.

    · Passion and proven track record in collaborating with technical infrastructure teams, with

    customer service mentality.

    · Ability to translate a customer concern to a technical audience.

    · Experience in writing functional specification documents and project management.

    · Data retrieval, processing, interpretation, troubleshooting, and analysis skills.

    · Process driven, checklist-based approach to task management, acute attention to detail.

    · Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams & deadlines under pressure.

    · An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to go the extra mile to find solutions

    and overcome roadblocks.

    · Team player comfortable in collaborating with cross-functional units.

    · Familiarity with advertising buying and selling; buy-side workflow systems and databases.

    · Travel may be required to customer / partner locations, and office events as needed.
