- Execute and coordinate work as directed by senior staff
- Assist with the preparation of sketch plans, working drawings, specifications and reports
- Assist with preparing feasibility studies and providing design advice
- Undertake site inspections and attend site meetings
- Produce designs, assessments and reports in accordance with quality procedures
- Liaise effectively with clients, other design team members and third parties
- Understand and adhere to existing working practices, methods and procedures
- Work within the given programme and cost constraints
- Proactive in self-development
- Relevant degree (RICS approved, 2:1 minimum)
- A full driving licence
- Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, NBS and other software
