- Support the implementation and management of the company's Integrated Management System
- Assist various projects and departments in meeting Safety, Quality, and Environment Management system requirements
- Recognize hazards, minimize risks, and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards within site teams and departments
- Provide consistent HSEQ advice to employees
- Offer support on HSEQ initiatives and issues
- Produce monthly HSEQ statistics, identify trends, and take proactive measures
- Conduct accident/incident investigations promptly
- Report KPIs and concerns to management
- Identify root causes of accidents/incidents and perform safety alert communications
- Carry out HSEQ inspections and audits
- Identify training needs and provide training as necessary
- Health and Safety Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Health & Safety
- Ability to work in teams or independently, meeting deadlines efficiently
- Demonstrate high-quality standards and attention to detail
- Passion for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality
- Experience in the construction industry and report writing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
