As A&M continues to further grow across EMEA, our opportunity to attract and engage senior leaders across the market remains as important.

With this in mind, we have recently brought on a Managing Director with overall responsibility for the leadership of strategy and growth across a number of our business units.

This Managing Director is now looking to bring on an Executive Assistant who he can partner with in the day to day requirements of this growth agenda.

Over time this role may look to support a couple of other Managing Directors as well.


This is an exciting and dynamic role which is not a straightforward "9-5" and will require versatility and the willingness to be flexible.

The role requires someone who is confident, professional and personable.

A true team player is a must - you will work closely alongside other EAs as well as various stakeholders in the business.


You must have experience of solid admin support to senior executives, excellent communication and organisation skills, attention to detail and be used to working under pressure.

The role requires someone who is proactive, innovative and hands on.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Proactively scheduling and organising meetings
  • Maintaining and coordinating calendars
  • Coordinating various internal and external marketing events
  • Preparing time and expense reports
  • Coordinating travel plans, hotels, and car service-
  • Managing confidential information
  • Assisting with client research

Essential requirements:

  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information at maximum discretion
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organisation
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment; constantly prioritise/ reassess tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be organised and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to be proactive and involved in executive business dealings
