Tradewind are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate KS2 Teacher to join a friendly and busy Church of England school located in Bury, in a Year 4 class.

The school is dedicated to providing an excellent education toits pupils and is looking for a teacher who shares this passion.

The role is set to begin after February half term and run until the end of the academic year. The pay for this role will be between M1 and M6.

The school is a friendly and busy environment which is welcoming to all.

The school has recently been rated "good" by Ofsted and is known for its strong links with other schools in the area, as well as its positive relationships with parents and the widercommunity.

The pupils at the school are confident and well-behaved, and the school is excellent support for students with additional needs.

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons
  • Assessing and monitoring pupils' progress
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and support pupils' learning
  • Communicating effectively with parents and carers
  • Participating in extracurricular activities and school events
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in KS
  • A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and current education policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals
  • A commitment to inclusion and diversity
  • A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on pupils' lives
  • Have a legal right to work in the UK
  • Professional references to cover teaching experience
This is a full-time, permanent position and the school offers a friendly and supportive working environment.
