As a senior sales associate you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales, through delivering a one team, one family that is focused on the customer

Responsibilities

•Inspire, coach, develop and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Impact the sales results and overall customer experience of the assigned merchandise area

•Support and implement advanced product knowledge and increase selling skills to increase KPI's.

•Support and implement store presentation guidelines

•Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment

•Lead by example, adhering to brand dress and grooming standards

Qualifications

The ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

•Candidates must hold previous retail experience and the ability to demonstrate delivering Customer service whilst driving KPI.

•Proactive, positive and dynamic personality.

•High customer and people service orientation.

•Good social and communication skills.
