    Overview:


    The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client's residential property portfolio, focusing on refreshing properties at the end of tenancies.

    This role involves coordinating end-of-tenancy processes, conducting final inspections, managing deposit deductions, organising remedial work, and ensuring efficient completion of associated administrative tasks.


    Responsibilities:

    • Handle tenant notices to end tenancies, providing necessary information to outgoing tenants and landlords.
    • Schedule and conduct final inspections at the conclusion of tenancies.
    • Agree on any deposit deductions in accordance with company guidelines and client instructions.
    • Coordinate necessary remedial work before new tenancies, collaborating with landlords, contractors, and the lettings department.
    • Manage end-of-tenancy administration, including timely notification of relevant service providers.
    • Address maintenance issues identified during inspections, liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
    • Handle property management queries via in-person, phone, and email communication channels.
    • Assign maintenance tasks to contractors based on client instructions.
    • Ensure prompt and satisfactory completion of repairs by liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
    • Report repairs to landlords as necessary and manage related queries and instructions.
    • Prioritise client communication and ensure timely action in accordance with company procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in property management.
    • Outstanding customer service skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft products.
    • Task and time management capabilities.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Possession of a full UK driving license
