The BOA Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to lead our Student Recruitment and Marketing team with our set of technical academies. An opportunity to join a growing MAT which offers creative hubs for the expressive arts and for specialist technical and digital skills.

Currently comprising of three academies – 'BOA Creative, Digital and Performing Arts' (opened in 2011), 'BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy' (opened in 2021) and 'BOA Digital Technologies' (opened in 2022) we recruit from across the region and different entrance points.

We are keen to attract a talented and experienced Marketing expert with a sound knowledge of Admissions and Appeals who can lead and motivate a team, has a keen attention to detail and is able to prioritise effectively with competing demands and peak periods, throughout the year.Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels will be key.
