Main Responsibilities:


  • You will analyse, produce, and prepare sensitive prosecution cases in court.
  • After reviewing your RASSO case, you will provide legal advice on your case to both the Magistrates and Crown Courts.
  • You will work closely with the Police to conduct evaluations on evidence requirements and charges.
  • You will make Important decisions in complex cases to decide what the best way is to approach your cases.

Essential skills & experience:


  • You must be a fully qualified solicitor or barrister.
  • Law Degree or Common Professional Examination/Graduate Diploma in Law
  • Completed the Legal Practice Course, Solicitors Qualifying Exam or Bar Professional Training Course.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills to victims and court cases.
  • Desiring to have experience in working on RASSO related case(s) such as Child Law, Family Law, and Sexual Law.
