    Are you a registered mental health nurse, social worker, occupational therapist, or work in any other Nursing Discipline and looking for a new rewarding role?

    The University of Surrey's Wellbeing and Welfare department has a great opportunity for Mental Health Practitioners to join the team and contribute to the student experience.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    We are looking for highly skilled mental health professionals with experience in supporting those with complex mental health needs. These roles are available on a Full-time or Part-time basis, with the nature of working hours up for discussion during hiring process.

    Our well-established service is on a journey through an exciting period of transformation and you will work within a committed and supportive multi-disciplinary team made up of mental health nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, eating disorder therapists and counsellors.

    As part of the role you will:

    • Play a lead role in supporting the service and the wider University to offer proactive and compassionate mental health support to our entire student and staff community.
    • Work with the Wellbeing team to develop a service to meet the changing needs of students with mental health concerns to bring about evidence based improvements to the service provision.

    We will consider applications from recent graduates with a current membership of the NMC/Social Work England/HCPC.
