We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join our PFI Schools contract based in Norwich

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities
As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the Facilities Team, supporting them in the delivery and planning of Hard and Soft services across the sites.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring the effective delivery of both the Hard and Soft Facility Management Services in accordance with the Schools Contract, manufacturing literature and operational programmes
- responsible for a cluster of schools within the Norwich area.
- Delivering effective day to day management and liaison with construction/contractor/supplier teams at the contract schools to identify and resolve any operational issues that may affect and impact on the education process and plan appropriate actions in conjunction with the schools and the FM SLT to prevent disruption.
- To ensure that Health, Safety, Environmental, Hygiene and other legislative requirements are in place, up to date and meet statutory, Company and contractual requirements at all Schools.
What are we looking for?
This role of Facilities Co-ordinator is great for you if:
- Have knowledge of FM (Hard/Soft) Operational Management experience in similar environment/s
- Schools, Colleges.
- Have a good working knowledge of CAFM systems, Oracle, Excel, Microsoft Office & sharepoint would be preferable.
- Have knowledge of financial systems, including, but not limited to, preparation of invoicing, ordering, managing WIP, Purchase card spend & overall financial systems would be preferred, but training will be offered.
- Enthusiastic, takes the initiative, assertive, organised, openminded, able to judge and prioritise and result orientated
