Senior Flight Training Systems Integrator (Virtual)** to join the Learning Design team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyzing flight data
- Analyzing and designing pilot training
- Make recommendations for targeted training
- Coordinate with teams to define requirements for flight training courseware
- Collaborating with Airline customers on flight data analytics and related training
- Collaborate with Regulatory Authorities and Industry Groups

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- 5+ years of experience in Global Flight Operations as a Pilot in Boeing Airplanes
- 5+ years of experience as a safety professional supporting Part 121, Part 135, complex Part 91 or equivalent U.S. military in aviation operations
- 3+ years of experience conducting aerospace auditing or operational data analytics
- 1+ year of experience with Instructional Design MethodologiesType rated on a Boeing commercial transport aircraft
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally 50% - with short notice and for extended periods, anywhere in the world and for potentially extended periods of time (Must obtain and possess current passport)**
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 Years or more
- Experience with flight training courseware development
- Experience with flight operations analysis
- Experience in being a pilot mentor, instructor mentor or standards captain
One Year or more:
- Experience being a quality and/or safety leadership role
- Experience working with National Aviation Authority/Regulato
- Comprehensive knowledge of Crew Resource Management and Competency Based Training and Assessment
Work Shift:
This position will be for first shift and adjust to multiple time zones.
