*Job description*Duties:

• Provide medication administration and care to clients in a home care setting
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for clients
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients at all times
• Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of client care

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate medication administration and documentation
• Compassion and empathy to provide quality care and support to clients
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Experience:

• Senior care: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• British Driving Licence (preferred)
