This Site Manager / Plant Manager role comes with a salary of up to £70,000 with a comprehensive package.

Managing a team of operations and maintenance staff to run the plant effectively
Working to high levels of compliance and ensuring adherence to PAS110, ISO, ABPR and other regulatory bodies/programmes
Always aim to minimise downtime on the plant and strive for 100% efficiency
Ensure the smooth running and operation of the plant, including the biology, the PPM schedule and SCADA operations
Ensure that OFGEM information is managed and available for data collection department
Hold regular meetings with staff to ensure quality and standards are high and to pick up and troubleshoot any questions or issues very quickly
UK driving licence
The Field Construction Supervisor role would suit someone who is:
Excellent verbal and written English language
A flexible person who can travel
