Pay Rate;£10.19 per hour PAYE
DBS and Credit Check (Basic level) is required for this role
Working Hours:
You will be required to work on a rotational basis of 37.5 hours per week with shift patterns varying between the hours of 8.
- 10.00pm.
Weekend Working is required, you will be required to work 1.5 weekends in 3 with pre-arranged lieu days in the week.
Role Overview
My Client, Coop Group in Manchester are recruiting Customer Services Advisors to join their offices
in central Manchester.
The role involves providing customer support across Coop's Membership & Ecommerce/Food departments.
Full training will be provided however, you will need a good understanding of IT systems and previous experience in a contact centre/customer facing role is essential.
You will be working in a state-of-the-art office based 2 minutes away from Victoria train and tram station and 3 minutes away from Shudehill bus station.
ROLE PURPOSE
- Answering calls to resolve customers queries relating to Membership, Food and E-Commerce
- Administration duties
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills with knowledge of using Excel, Microsoft Office 36
- Previous experience of working in a contact centre environment or customer facing role
- Confident telephone manner
