Hybrid - Credit Controller - Marlow - £29,500

The Role
Reporting into the Financial Accounting Manager, some of the roles and responsibilities are:

  • Contact customers to chase payment on invoices
  • Build relationships with AP teams / Sales internally on all customers
  • Review orders which are on hold assessing whether orders should be released or escalated
  • Assist in the creation of the weekly cashflow forecast
  • Creation of monthly account statements
  • Adhoc customer account reconciliations

What you'll need to be successful

  • Detailed and hands on approach essential
  • At least 3+ years credit control experience
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a methodical & organised manner
  • Able to work well within a team environment but also with limited supervision
  • Proactive and willing to challenge status quo to improve processes and systems
  • Good knowledge of excel is essential
  • Experience with SAP (advantage)
