Property Investment Sales Consultant

Location:
London

Salary:
£20k - £22k with a realistic OTE £90,000 a year

Working days:
Monday - Friday, Permanent

The Client:

Our client specialise in identifying wealth-building opportunities in the UK Buy-To-Let market.

They work with a wide range of clients, from individuals looking for 1 or 2 property investments to overseas funds and institutions looking for large bulk purchases.

The Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for highly motivated individuals with a proven sales track record, to join our client's dynamic sales force in central London.

Duties:

Advising on property investments
Advising clients and companies throughout the sales process
Closing property deals
Managing client's property portfolios
Following up on all sales enquiries
Building rapport and maintaining client relationships

Experience:

Property or Investment: 1 year (preferred)
Sales: 3 years (required)
Telesales: 1 year (preferred)
Financial sales, recruitment, forex trading.
