    Exciting opportunity to join a large, experienced Team of HR professionals in a fun but hard working environment. This role would suit someone with HR experience from an administrative background. Lots of room to progress for the right person.

    £24,000-26,000 Office based - Manchester

    Ÿ Deliver core, routine, repeatable people processes and transactions effectively and accurately in line with SLAs.

    Ÿ First point of contact for people queries.

    Ÿ Support the wider HR Team with ongoing projects and initiatives.

    Responsibilities People processes and transactions

    Ÿ Processing starters, leavers, and role transfers onto HR hub, ensuring a high quality of service delivery.

    Ÿ Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires by entering employment data into the company database.

    Ÿ Organise and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.

    Ÿ Update employee holiday and sickness records.

    Ÿ General HR administration tasks and support for the HR Advisors. Communication

    Ÿ Answering internal and external queries via phone, email and in person.

    Ÿ Organising meetings and sending out corresponding paperwork. Project support

    Ÿ Assisting with administrative tasks, such as organising project-related documentation, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials.

    Ÿ Facilitating communication and coordination between different team members and stakeholders involved in the projects.

    Ÿ Documenting project progress, milestones, and outcomes for future reference and reporting.

    Ÿ Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics & Compliance and the Group Code of Conduct. Time allocation

    Skills required. Background/experience

    Ÿ Experience in a fast paced/high volume administrative role.

    Ÿ Proficient in the use of Excel.

    Ÿ Good foundation of general education, competent user of Microsoft packages.

    Ÿ CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) – desirable. Specific job skills

    Ÿ Excellent written and verbal communication.

    Ÿ Strong attention to detail.

    Ÿ Able to produce high volume work in a fast-paced environment.

    Ÿ Able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Ÿ Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload. Competencies
