    ROLE OVERVIEW: Our UK based client, is seeking a highly experienced, Head of Sales to lead the sales for multi-site resorts across England, Scotland, Wales, and Spain. The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of success in driving profitable sales growth, within the hospitality industry, ideally for a multisite resorts product. They will be a data driven strategic sales leader with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector and will be able to develop implement and optimise effective sales strategies and plans to deliver our client's growth ambitions. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Provide overall sales leadership and direction for the multi-site resorts business
    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue, and EBITDA growth
    • Sales excellence in terms of performance and processes
    • Collaborate aspects with the multifunctional team including marketing, finance, revenue management operations and IT
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally including Timeshare and club members
    • Drive a culture of sales growth and continuous improvement within resorts
    • Recruit high performing sales professionals SKILLS & QUALITIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
    • 10+ years of experience in a senior sales role in the hospitality industry
    • Proven track record of success in driving revenue and EBITDA growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
    • High commercial attention to detail, standards and operational effectiveness
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven successful experience in driving a multisite multifunctional team.
    • Fluency in English and ideally Spanish.
