We are looking for an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive who ideally has some experience in a similar role, in a creative industry.

Above all else, you will have an ambition to grow your career within the marketing/creative industry, you will want to work with big brands, help deliver great creative and contribute to the success of a growing agency.


You'll back all that up with a demonstrable passion for branding and marketing, and a drive to inspire great creative that unlocks client challenges.


Key purpose of role

  • To support the Client Services Team in all aspects of daytoday running of client accounts.
You will report to an Account Director.


Key responsibilities:


  • Support and assist the Senior/Account Managers and Account Director in the daytoday running of client accounts from an administrative, organisational and financial management pointofview
  • Manage the specific client projects for which you are responsible, consistently delivering a highly responsive service to clients and ensuring that requirements are dealt with promptly and efficiently
  • Act as the key point of contact for the client and agency team on assigned client accounts/projects, coordinating daytoday business and ensuring consistent and effective communication throughout
  • Keep clients informed at all times, managing their expectations
  • Familiarise yourself with the key client development plans and ensure these are up to date with relevant client and project information; deliver action points as required
  • Assist in developing, building and maintaining client relationships
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client briefs and requirements
  • Develop a broad understanding of the status of projects, both upcoming and completed
  • Write and prepare creative briefs for specific projects to be approved by line manager
  • Attend client meetings with senior members of Client Services team when required
  • Attend photo/video shoots as a key point of contact
  • Record meetings and action points in the form of contact reports and updated project status reports, and circulate to the relevant contacts/clients accordingly
  • Manage administration of contact reports, status reports, timings plans, and other relevant documentation
  • Research/source background information for specific client meetings and presentations as required, preparing and sharing/presenting the relevant findings in a clear and useful format
  • Liaise with clients' other marketing partners (media agencies, printers etc.)
  • Liaise with and manage external suppliers
  • Anticipate/identify any current or potential issues and raise these with line manager
