    We are working with a business to recruit a chartered Project Director (QS) to lead on projects and be part of the leadership team – with the aim of this person becoming a future board member in time.

    On offer is a fantastic bonus structure based on recognition which is generally in the region of between 10% and 30%. This is accompanied by a truly top-end salary and one that is genuinely above industry averages. It is understood that the best people in the market are likely to be well looked after, but we are very confident that for the right individual, we can create an enticing package that works for all parties.

    The company currently turnover in the region of £15m, offering quantity surveying and project management services to sectors such as BTR, Co-Living, PBSA, Industrial & Logistics and some prime, CAT-A fit-out in central London. Project sizes are generally between £25m and £40 million on D&B contracts, but there are also other projects that are up towards the £100m mark. Clients are typically institutional funds with relationships either through the fund or the developer.

    As this role is earmarked for future leadership as well as leading on projects, it is hoped that this person will show a desire to absorb themselves into the ethos and culture of the business - getting involved in some of the more functional areas, whether that's overseeing cost-plans, benchmarking or mentoring more junior members of the business.

    Due to the age profile of some of the board members, over the next 5 to 10 years there will be new faces introduced as some of the existing members retire, opening up new opportunities for more junior team members.

    We would be interested in speaking to people with experience of cost management within a consultancy practice who is very strong on delivery & client management and will help evolve play a key role in shaping the organic growth of the business over the next 10 years. The board is made up of an eclectic mix of personalities and the opportunity is there for someone to bring their whole self to work and imprint their own personality on the business.
