As a Principal Civil Engineer at Wardell Armstrong, you'll be entrusted with leading your own projects, guiding a dedicated team through each phase of development.

You'll drive high-level analysis and intricate designs, ensuring each endeavour meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

In addition to technical design responsibilities, you'll serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.

Collaborating closely with our network of 12 design offices nationwide, you'll contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge-sharing and excellence.
