Marketing Manager
**Basic Salary £45,000 per annum

Based near Rotherham**My client is a growing business who are looking for a Marketing Manager to head up a team of 4 and develop and implement a business marketing strategy to drive market share and target new sectors for the organisation.

This would be a great role for someonewho wants to take control of a department, make high levels decisions and use their initiative and experience across all forms of marketing.

In this role you'll be managing an existing portfolio of product categories and introducing new ones, being the creative lead on new brand designs
Identifying new methods to promote the brands and categories driving market share and brand awareness. This includes researching and analysing market trends and competitor activity.
We're looking for someone who can create marketing plans and campaigns and track their effectiveness and ROI.
You'll be managing a small team who each specialise in different areas including content, digital and technical functions.
This role would really suit someone who wants to make decisions, have an overarching responsibility for all areas of marketing, not just one, and can bring ideas and new methods to the business.
You'll also oversee the company's attendance at events and trade shows.

The Person:

We're looking for someone who has a creative mind and strong communication skills who has the ability to drive and deliver ideas, strategy and the team
You'll have experience managing a team and know how to get the best from each person's skill set whilst bringing them together to achieve your overall strategy.
Someone with a strong analytical ability to analyse data, develop insights and understand the best way to deliver return on investment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed. especially the ability to work across different departments to achieve results
The most important thing we need is someone who can deliver innovative strategic solutions and have accountability for their achievement.
