Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant, specialising in Special Educational Needs (SEN), in the welcoming community of Westbury, Wiltshire.
This role is ideal for individuals committed to providing equal educational opportunities and fostering a supportive environment for children from diverse backgrounds.
Assist in delivering personalised educational support to students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEND, in both one-on-one and group settings.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Work closely with classroom teachers and Key Stage coordinators to implement effective SEN strategies and support general classroom activities.
Student Mentorship:
Provide mentorship and emotional support to students, helping them navigate academic and social challenges while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
Curriculum Assistance:
Help in the development and implementation of engaging learning activities that adhere to high educational standards.
Educational Support Experience:
Previous experience in an educational support role, preferably with SEN students.
