    Account Manager

    Circa £45K plus profit-related pay potential.

    My client is a software consultancy formed by three dynamic leaders of one of the world's significant providers of Collaborative Work Management software.

    Their objective is to help customer organisations improve their processes and ways of working through the implementation of Collaborative Work Management software. Today, they work with some of the largest organisations in the World to design, build and implement Smartsheet across their businesses.

    The company is continuing to grow and they now require an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and understanding their business needs and objectives.     The new Account Manager will report to the Directors and will be responsible for managing and growing the client base by ensuring their success with the company's current and future products. In addition, the company would expect to see:

    • 3-5 years' experience in a proactive account management role preferably, in a SaaS environment, with the potential to develop business and add value to accounts.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
    • Empathy: The ability to put oneself in the customer's shoes and understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
    • Proactivity: Being able to take initiative and anticipate customer needs, instead of simply reacting to requests.
    • Collaboration: Being able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as sales and Consulting to ensure customer success.
