About the Role
As part of our Employment and Immigration team, you will work on challenging and intricate cases in the UK. Our team is the leading provider of employment law services in Wales and is expanding its presence in London. With a robust team comprising 24 fee earners, 9 paralegals, and trainees, we excel in various specializations including litigation, HR investigations, business immigration, and corporate support.
We are currently seeking an experienced employment tribunal litigator to join us at the Associate level. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in employment litigation, capable of managing ET claims effectively and preparing thorough merits assessments. While advocacy skills are a plus, they are not mandatory.
