A fantastic opportunity to join a leading global law firm as a Senior Client Development Manager.You will work closely with the Client Partner and Director of BD & Marketing to ensure the firm strengthens and broadens their existing client relationshipsacross the partnership to increase revenue and accelerate growth for the firm.
The role holder will be based in London and the firm operate a hybrid working policy.Key Responsibilities
- Work to develop, plan and drive the firms relationships with their key global clients
- Develop and implement account plans to assist the partners in promoting and building the client teams
- Communicating revenue across the client team and understanding where the client work is coming from
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers with the clients
- Chair and or cochair regular meetings with the client teams to ensure account plans are being appropriately executed
Experience required
- Previous experience in a key account management role
- Experience of implementing relationship programmes within professional services firms
- Experience of building strategic business relationships and pursuing new business
- Ability to plan and execute against business development plans / goals
