VFX Producer Immersive
Framestore is looking for a Producer to join our Immersive team in London.

If you have produced top tier immersive projects previously, have experience in emerging technologies and all of the associated creative and production challenges and have experience working in high end VFX and Motion Graphics we'd love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:


  • Produce and manage budgets and schedules based on business and functional requirements, anticipating opportunities and pressure points; escalating to the Senior team where necessary and helping to find solutions.
  • Manage project milestones, daily tasks and deliveries in accordance with the approved schedule and reporting into the Head of Production and/or EP on the progress of the work.
  • Liaise with clients, corresponding closely on bids, reports, approval documents, cashflow, change orders, etc.
  • Collaborate daily with project team and key support departments to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard achievable
  • Provide verbal and written status reports to client, management and internal teams regularly
  • Pitch and bid for new business
  • Foster new client relationships and maintain and build on existing ones.
  • Drive excellence in client experiences at Framestore.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Immersive Production and sales team ensuring strong working partnerships and communication with other offices and departments.
  • Help to create a positive working environment where pushing the boundaries is encouraged.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous credited experience as a Producer within Games/Immersive/Film VFX or a related field with a minimum of 2 years experience at that level.
  • Proven ability to manage high revenue budgets and high profile clients.
  • Highly technical producer, with a thorough understanding of the entire production pipeline and workflow as well as a passion and interest in emerging technologies.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment, within diverse crossfunctional teams
  • Highly organised with firstclass time/project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven crew management skills of large, diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
  • Ability to work within a wider team towards a common goal
  • Strong team player and ethos
