Contract Supervisor

Exeter, Okehampton, Devon

Permanent Role, 8am-5pm, with a salary of £30-35k

The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Contracts Supervisor based in Devon.

Must be willing to travel between Exeter and North Devon.

Day to Day:

Managing small works maintenance projects
Managing a team of trades on site
Surveying work – collating materials and costings
Reactive maintenance
Use computer

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

SSSTS – Desirable
NVQ or HNC in Construction
Trade background – good building knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate – Microsoft and emails
