We are working with a leading technology company to recruit for a Head of Operations.

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for planning, directing and overseeing operations and devising operational policies, setting strategic goals and driving operational efficiency and increased productivity.

The Role Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for operational activity. Contribute to strategic discussions across the entire company. Improve processes and policies in support of organisational goals. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance. Coordinate and monitor the work of teams involved in production or operations and monitor performance improvements. Plan, coordinate, manage, mentor and motivate the various staff. Deliver Opportunities for Improvement. Develop & manage the Operations team. Embracing product design, planning, control and performance improvement. Manage the work of the Support team to oversee and ensure that customers are managed effectively. Deputize for the CEO when required for stakeholder meetings and briefings. Prepare and control operational budgets and financial data to improve profitability. Required Experience 10+ years experience of managing at senior level both on an operational and strategic level. Direct input in the development of strategic plans, vision. Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management. Development of systems, KPIs policies and procedures.
