    Description

    Job Description:

    Arm's Systems Development team is on the lookout for innovative SoC Design Engineers to join their crew and assist in building cutting-edge subsystems and SoC designs for diverse application sectors. If you're fueled by creativity and passion, this could be the spot for you. As part of the design squad, your role will revolve around defining, designing, and validating different compute subsystems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Thorough grasp of the entire spectrum essential for delivering successful products
    • Tasks will encompass drafting micro-architecture specifications, crafting the RTL, and executing diverse design evaluations
    • Collaboration with the verification unit to scrutinize test blueprints and aid in resolving design glitches, as well as coordinating with the implementation unit to refine designs
    • Being a guiding light for the team, offering support and direction

    Required Skills and Experience :

    • Proficiency in RTL design for intricate SoC development with Verilog and/or SystemVerilog
    • Familiarity or expertise in areas like Static design checks, Synthesis, and timing analysis, Power management techniques, Power and Clock domain crossing
    • Fundamental understanding of computer architecture and systems, along with practical exposure to Processor based system designs
    • Command over shell programming/scripting (e.g. TCL, Perl, Python etc.)
    • Experience in technical team leadership, mentoring, or coaching

    "Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :

    • Hands-on experience with Arm-based designs and/or Arm System Architectures
    • Proficiency in developing and integrating subsystems for PCIe, UCIe, DDR/LPDDR/HBM, Ethernet etc.
    • Capability in high-level programming like C/C++ and/or assembly language programming
    • Exposure to embedded operating systems, device drivers, microprocessor, and embedded system hardware architectures
